Time's Inexorable March

Alanna's aging up had turned her into a whiplash-inducing beauty. More often than not, a guy's head would turn so fast they'd forget where they were going and slam into the nearest lightpost, walking of course, that is. Her eyes were the most striking part of her, a beautiful hazel.

Haruo tended the garden, collected rocks and fished. But every day he noticed that he wasn't the spry young adult he used to be even though he technically was for another day.

And Brayden rearranged Dallas Shallow's face for making lewd remarks about Lorraine Cantina and her daughter considering that this was Brayden's little cousin. Good ol' Uncle Satoshi sowing his wild oats around.

Alanna being older moved into her grandfather's room and started working on her painting skill after receiving a Paint The Town request from City Hall to provide 10 paintings. And thus she maxed up her Painting skill to level 10 thus getting halfway through her LTW just after aging up.

Being close to achieving her mastery of Sim Fu needed to complete her LTW, Bella was tested by Haruo to ensure that she had the skills to go up to Sim Fu Master. She did...and soundly defeated Haruo 2-0, with Haruo not even able to get a hit on her. Good for Bella.

But the march of life moves inexorably on and young-adulthood eventually comes to an end. It was lucky that River and Haruo had had their children early on in life so that the kids were able to grow up into young adulthood while their parents were still young, but now River and Haruo felt age creeping up on them. Hopefully they would be able to see their children raise their children and see their grandchildren grow up into remarkable young Sims. They in turn had seen their parents grow old and pass on and they knew that was the way of life. Each day brought a few more aches that they hadn't noticed were there and they knew that eventually they would reach their elder stage, provided misfortune didn't take them any sooner.

River grew into a mature beauty that reminded Haruo of Fiona, but River couldn't see it...looking at herself in the mirror. She was beautiful and Haruo fell more in love with her.
